Doughty Street Criminal Appeals Bulletin – January 2022 Issue

The January issue of the Doughty Street Criminal Appeals Bulletin which features reviews and expert commentaries of the most significant conviction appeal judgments in 2021 from several island jurisdictions, including Antigua and Barbuda, St. Lucia, and Monserrat, is now available here https://www.doughtystreet.co.uk/sites/default/files/media/document/Issue%2055.pdf.

Doughty Street Chambers has been at the forefront of pursuing the right of access to justice since its inception in 1990, both in the domestic courts and internationally. The Bulletin is aimed at assisting those involved in appellate work in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and the Caribbean. Doughty Street barristers have particular expertise in appellate work in the Caribbean (often in cases involving capital appeals), appearing in the local appellate courts and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
